Saturday, October 4 · Indian Trail Town Hall

Put AI to work in your business. In one Saturday.

You've heard AI can change everything for a small business. This is the day you actually put it to work. Bring a laptop and leave with a professional website, an AI receptionist that answers customers and books jobs while you sleep, and the know-how to keep using AI every week. No code and no tech background required.

Every week there's another story about how AI is changing business, and it's easy to feel like you're already behind.

Meanwhile the basics still aren't handled. Customers can't find you online. Calls go to voicemail. Leads slip away while you're on a job.

In one Saturday you fix both. You put AI to work on the real problems in your business, and you walk out with it running. Not a list of tools to figure out later.

What you walk out with

Not notes. Not a someday plan. AI working for you.

🌐

A website that works for you

A professional site with your services, photos, hours, and an instant-quote tool. Published and shareable before you leave, so customers finally find you.

🤖

An AI that answers and books

An AI receptionist on your site that answers customer questions and books jobs around the clock, so you stop losing leads while you're on a job.

✏️

AI skills you keep

You leave knowing how to run it all yourself, and how to put AI to work on the rest of your week: quotes, follow-ups, posts, and more.

What you'll build

Real businesses, real sites, built the way you'll build yours

These are live. Tap any one and try the instant-quote tool yourself. Yours will look this good by lunch.

Different trade, same system. Whatever your business is, you'll build one like these.

The day

Morning: get it live. Afternoon: put AI to work.

Two halves, one room. By lunch your site is live. The afternoon adds the AI receptionist and booking, then shows you where else AI can save you hours. Stay for all of it, or head out at lunch with your site done.

9:00–9:45AM · Block 1

Pick your site

Choose a template built for a business like yours, walk through one short form, and watch it turn into a live site with your info on it.

9:45–11:15AM · Block 2

Make it yours

Hands on keyboards: your services, hours, photos, service area, and reviews. By the end it's a site you'd proudly hand a customer.

11:15–12:00AM · Block 3

Go live

Publish it, share the link, and cover the basics of getting found on Google.✓ Everyone has a live site by lunch

12:00–1:00 · Lunch (grab something nearby)
1:00–2:30PM · Block 4

Never miss a lead

Add the AI receptionist and an online booking link. Test it with real questions until it answers like you would.

2:30–3:30PM · Block 5

Run it yourself

How to run it all yourself, plus where else AI can work for you, like an AI that answers your phone.

3:30–5:00PM · Open lab

Polish & one-on-one time

Open work time. I go table to table so nobody leaves with anything half-done. Want it handled for you instead? We'll talk.

Who it's for

For any local owner who knows AI matters but hasn't had time to figure it out.

✓ This is for you if…

  • You run a local business anywhere around Charlotte
  • You know AI is a big deal but haven't had time to actually use it
  • You're losing customers who can't find you online, and you want that fixed
  • You'd rather leave with it working than keep putting it off

Maybe not if…

  • You just want it done for you, with no interest in learning it. Totally fair. That's a call, not a class → let's talk
  • You want a big custom web app with lots of integrations. That's a build conversation, not a workshop
  • You can't make it to Indian Trail on Oct 4. Join the waitlist for the next one
Rather skip the workshop?

Just want it built for you, no learning required?

Some owners would rather hand the whole thing off. If that's you, don't buy a seat. Book a free 15-minute call and I'll show you exactly what your site and AI would look like, and what it costs.

Who's teaching

A software engineer who actually ships, showing you the shortcut.

I'm Brandon Bradley. I build software for a living, and I build websites and AI tools the same way the big companies do. I've just turned it into a system simple enough to run in an afternoon. This is the exact system I use to put AI to work for local businesses. On Oct 4, I'm handing it to you and sitting right there until it's working for yours.

Questions

Straight answers

Do I need to know anything about AI or tech?

No, and that's the whole point. If you can use a phone and follow along, you can do this. Everything is point-and-click, and I'm in the room all day. You leave knowing how to use AI, not more confused by it.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop with a Claude Pro account already set up (see the next question), plus your business info: a few photos, your services, your hours, and your logo if you have one. If you forget something, we'll sort it out on the day.

Do I need any accounts or subscriptions?

One: Claude Pro, which is $20 a month. It's the AI you'll use to build your site during the workshop, and it's what powers the assistant that answers your customers afterward. Please set it up before you come so we can start building right away. When you reserve your seat, I'll send you a two-minute guide that walks you through the signup and everything else to bring.

Is the website really mine? Are there ongoing costs?

Yes, it's yours. The site itself is included in your seat. Optional extras later, like a custom domain name (about $10–15/yr from the registrar) or having me maintain it, are your call. Neither is required to walk out live.

What if I want you to just build it for me?

Totally fine. A lot of owners decide that's the better use of their time. Don't buy a seat. Book a free strategy call instead and I'll walk you through a done-for-you build and what it'd cost.

What's your refund policy?

If you come, do the work, and don't leave with a live website, I'll refund your seat and help you get your site working.

Will it be filmed?

I may film parts for teaching material. You'll never be recorded without knowing, and you can opt out and still take part fully.

One Saturday. AI finally working in your business.

Every week you wait, the "near me" searches keep going to whoever shows up online, and AI keeps feeling like something other people figured out. Twelve seats, one room, Oct 4 in Indian Trail. When they're gone, they're gone, and the next session won't be this price.
